Vladimir was born on January 28, 1915 in the city of Kozlov, Tambov province, in a musical family.

Since 1945, Zeldin served as an artist of the Soviet Army. In the theater of the Russian Army, he performs several brilliant roles, among which – the main role in the production of “The Man from La Mancha”, the roles in the performances “Invitation to the Castle”, “Once Upon a Time”, and “Uncle’s Dream”.

Among other famous films of Zeldin’s : “The Taming of the Shrew” (1961), “Uncle Vanya” (1970), “With You and Without You” (1973), “Woman in White” (1981), “Ten Little Indians” (1987 ) and many others.
