Story & Plot
In Bonsuceso, a suburb of Rio de Janeiro, Paloma lives, a simple seamstress who alone brings up three children – Alice, Gabriela and Peter.
Her world turns upside down when she mistakenly receives an analysis result that indicates that she has only 6 months to live.
This news makes her do everything that she ever dared, including going to bed with a complete stranger, Marcos, who is madly in love with her.
Finding that the test results were confused, Paloma decides to meet a man whose real life can only last six months, she wants to help him, and encounters Alberto, a grumpy millionaire who never appreciated his family.
Despite the completely opposite characters, they create bonds of friendship that lead them on a journey of discovery – she through books and art, and he through the joys of life and dormant feelings.
It soon turns out that Marcos is the son of Alberto, with whom they did not communicate for many years. Paloma will set a goal – to establish relations between father and son.
