Will There Be an Aladdin 2? Answer is “YES”
Work on continuing last year’s Disney hit by Guy Ritchie’s Aladdin 2 has already begun.
Currently, it is only known that the plot of the sequel will be completely original, that is, not related to the events of classical animation. Andrea Burloff (Voice of the Streets, Kitchen) and John Gaitins (Real Steel, Flight) will begin writing the script.
Will Smith, Mena Massoud and Naomi Scott are expected to return to the images of the genie, Aladdin and Princess Jasmine.
The director’s chair is still vacant, and it is not known whether the studio is considering the return of Guy Ritchie.
Recall that the game remake of the classic Disney cartoon received good reviews and earned more than a billion dollars at the box office.
